Partnership

How we partner.

Agile is a business methodology born out of software development. It keeps the people closest to the problem moving the needle. That is how we cover cases.

Operating room prepared under overhead surgical lights

A case, end to end.

  1. 01

    Align on the practice

What the surgeon wants to grow into. We will tell you what we can support before you count on it.

  2. 02

    Plan the patient

Procedure, levels, alignment goals, and date. Custom implants include planning data and lead time. Navigation is staged if the room wants it.

  3. 03

    Stage the bag

The right implants for this case, plus biologics and enabling tech, checked against protocol.

  4. 04

    Cover the room

Trays open, navigation registered, swaps without a scavenger hunt. You operate. We run the table.

Who we work with.

For surgeons

Open-platform navigation and surgical AR, custom implants when the anatomy calls for them, and someone at the table who has run the set. First case included, not a PDF.

For practices

A partner for what you are trying to build. New enabling tech without ripping out the implant strategy, one contact, and a bag that can flex case to case.

For hospitals

Protocol, SPD, and value analysis are part of staging. Coverage the facility can actually run, from people who have seen the room.

Questions we get.

Which companies do you represent?

A multi-line bag: implants, custom constructs, biologics, and enabling technologies, selected for the case. We do not lead with a single OEM. If the practice requires a specific system, say so and we will tell you whether we can cover it.

Does your navigation lock the implant choice?

No. We cover open-platform navigation and surgical AR so the surgeon keeps implant flexibility.

How do custom implant cases work?

Planning first, then hardware made for that patient, then in-room coverage. Lead time matters, so send the case as early as you can.

How do you work with the hospital, not just the surgeon?

Protocol and SPD still get respected. That is how a case actually runs. We work with the practice and bring the facility along, instead of waiting on a year-long process.

Do you manufacture implants?

No. AgileSpine is independent. We stage, in-service, and cover. Product selection is the surgeon's, under the facility's protocol.

Put us on the next case.

Send the procedure, the levels, and the date. We will tell you what we can cover, and be in the room.
