Francis is building AgileSpine around that idea. Healthcare still puts the decision far from the room. He wants a company that puts the surgeon first: open-platform navigation, custom implants when they are needed, and a bag that can move with the practice.
He studied at Loyola University Maryland. The work is showing up: first-case in-service, planning timelines, and standing at the table.

When the anatomy deserves it, the implant is made for this patient, not pulled from a bin.

The people closest to the case keep moving. We do not wait on a top-down process that stifles innovation.

We are not a manufacturer, a hospital, or a source of medical advice. We do not diagnose or treat. Product selection is always the surgeon's, under the facility's protocol. We stage, cover, and support.
